Can she come and take half?

I do not understand how he can possibly not know if he married this woman or not! That just doesn't make any sense at all. Why hasn't he made her pay child support? I don't think she can at this point get any of his money but I would suggest he takes her to court and forces her to help support the children that she helped to create!!
