Usb loader disc install wont work HELP!!!?

I have both usb loader GX and the configureable usb loader.I want to back up all my games again cuz i had to format it (long story) and then i put it back to a WBFS format but now everytime i try to install a game via disc,it just seems to freeze around the beggining.For example,the legend of zelda twilight princess freezes at 3.39% every f*cking time.I run into the same problems with all my games.I madesure that i have all the cIOSs that I'll ever need but what the hell is wrong?
