HELP!! MY DAUGHTER WEES EVERYWHERE?

This can be normal for a child her age. Ages 2 and 3 are pretty tough! Try praising her when she DOES use the potty. Set up a chart with stickers (I find that really works for me) or stamps. Don't punish her when she does not use the potty. It may take some time, but the positive reinforcement will eventually help! She will enjoy getting a "reward" when she does use the potty.
