I had to format my usb and my XBL ACC was on it and if i format it ill lose it ( dont no my email or password!?

I had to format my usb and my Xbox live account was on it and if i format it ill lose it i dont know my email or password so that means i cant recover my account on xbox PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO
