My dad died at age 50 after remarrying?

I lost my dad when I was 20 December 21, 2010. His hobby was the gym, so he was in perfect health, but died of a pulmonary embolism. That's what made the death so shocking. Anyway, he just remarried 2 months before he passed to some blonde bimbo. Everything was put under her name a month before he passed which made it really hard since I was close with my dad. Now it has been 6 months and she has not allowed us, my sister and I, to come over to his house to gather some of his belongings. My sister and I along with our aunt had to fork out $2,000 for his tombstone because his new wife would not pay. And to top things off, she has been on at least 4 vacations that I know of and has found a new boyfriend. Would I be arrested for breaking into her house and taking my dad's things? She was only married to him for 2 months and he was my father for 20 years. I'm about to go crazy on her ***! Any advice or thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated.
