Hair issues that needs to be answered?

okay i guess it's the new style now or trend that i see now.where girls put in a piece of track in their hair and put their hair in a ponytail and make it look like its their hair.I know you can go to a salon and do it proffesionaly.but i wanted to know because i have natural hair(hoarse) my hair is not permed/relaxed/nor texirized.i woluld like to know would i be able to do it even dough my hair is hoarse.like even it i hot comed my hair? also i wanted to know if i could jus buy the clip on weave and place in my hair like the white people do in stead of using a track to do that style
