IF YOUR CHILD WAS LIKE THIS WHAT WILL YOU DO?

I have a 13 year daughter from my first marriage who lives with her mom. My ex is psycho and can’t keep a job and even when she gets one she works part time couple times a week. She also moves from city to state and takes my daughter from school to next. So my daughter can’t keep friends or stay in one school more than a month. My daughter developed a mental illness and takes 200 MG of Zoloft which is very high for her age and she is been taking it since she was 9 year old. I’m an active duty in the special forces in the military and I get deployed a lot so I can’t get full custody of my daughter not to mention my ex will fight me over it since she lives of the child support I give her. Long story short my ex brain washed my daughter telling her the reason they live in horrible conditions is ‘cause I’m bad dad and talk bad about me to her. Every time, I call my daughter her mom monitors our phone and when she feels like she won't let me speak to her. A lot, times my ex calls and talk **** about my wife and me and I just let it go but when i go off on her she goes and tells my daughter. My daughter has my phone number and she never calls me, Why you think that she never calls me! I’m remarried to great woman, wonderful mom and wife and we have 5 year old son. He knows how to call sometimes he calls me at work or even my cell. I found it very strange why my daughter doesn’t call! Is it ‘cause her mom don’t let her or she just don’t want call. My wife is welling to take my daughter in and watch her while I’m deployed, but I worry that my son my end up having issue being around her since her therapist said that she shouldn’t be around small kids. Also, it will be unfair to my wife since she is RN nurse and work a lot hours not to mention my daughter is mentally ill, and most likely will not listen to my wife. I do call my daughter every day and see her whenever I can, but she seems cold and strange!
