My nokia 5230 often restarts itself, specially when i watch videos on it. Whats the reason? ?

i have formatted it many times but still problem. Is it due to watching high memory hd videos or due to installing heavy apps? I have installed operamini-11,netqin antivirus and google maps on my phone
