Parents are getting divorced.. Lies?

My parents are maybe gettif a divorce. My dad cheated on my mom and my mom was really hurt. My dad said that he doesn't feel happy with my mom and he is willing to get a divorce. My mom agreed. My mom said she also didn't feel happy with him and that she will get remarried. But recently we went out to my moms family's house to stay at a while and my mom is telling all thease lies about my dad. They are all trying to make my dad go to jail and make us (me and my sister) hate my dad and telling us e doesn't love us but he does. My mom is making us lie to the court? What should i do!
