What is the movie title?

I saw a movie where there is an abusive husband the wife takes her son and leaves but he finds them and kidnaps the son. years later the mother is remarried and has a daughter. at the end of the movie the son is walking down and street and passes his aunt grace. than the movie goes to the mother and her new family sitting in the back yard and the phone rings the new husband answer it and calls her to the phone and its her son. please help me i have been trying to figure out the name of this movie for years now.
