How to Use 90 Volt NE2 Neons with a ULN2803 Driver?

I need a way to use 90V NE2 Neons with a ULN2803 Driver, im aware that it will blow them straight up, im new to this 'game' :), and decided to use transistor in stead of relays (Cheaper [i need 24]). Does any one know how to wire transistors up, and what type to get it to 90V?
