I don't have money for a therapy how do I deal with this?

Hey sweetie, I know you are going through a hard time and things seem horrible right now, but you are not alone. You have your sister that has been going through all of this as well, and I am sure your friends are there for you too. As for your boyfriend, he wouldn't be with you if he didn't want to be. There are so many women out there he could choose any one of them, but he chooses and sticks to you. That on it's own already tells you how much he cares about you.
