The best thing you can do is talk to her about it. Be frank and honest. Lay down what you want done right now. If you don't, you might end up with everything bought for you before the baby comes (if there's ever going to be one), and this will take some of the joy from you of buying the items. Let her know what your wishes are right now, before things get out of hand. Trust me. I wish I'd done this with my parents.
