Please help... why doesnt my penis hang downwards?!?

My penis does not hang downward in stead it kind of points straight out. I am verrry embarrassed and I just want it to hang. What can I do to hide it or help it drop? I really don't know what to do because if I wear tighter under wear it doesn't work... my penis is 5.7 erection but it shrinks when soft its like 2 in when soft. And when it shrinks it just points straight out!!?? Please help!?
