Military benefits and divorce?

Hello, I have a friend that has been married for 10 years and is getting a divorce. Their former spouse to be is retiring from military after 20 years of service in a year. If they wait until he retires can she keep healthcare? Also what happens if she remarries will she loose healthcare?
